It keeps your running for hours and days so its important that you should be aware of some tricks which can enhance the performance of your cell phone battery.  Hence, here we’ve the list of Do’s and Don’ts which can extend life time of your cell phone battery.

List of Do’s:

• As new Li-ion batteries need an initial “conditioning” so for the first 3 charge cycles, fully charge the battery overnight and allow it to fully discharge before recharging.
• Follow manufacturers’ instructions strictly.
• Never expose the battery to extreme hot or cold weather.
• Remember to charge and re-condition battery if it hasn’t been in use for long.
• Make sure that your battery remains in use most of the time. Avoid letting your battery in in-active state for long.
• Avoid using the features and applications of your cell phone which you don’t really need.

List of Don’ts:

• Never open and expose the content of battery cell.
• Don’t let the battery to over-charge ( it is lethal for battery if you keep it on charger for more than 24 hours)
• Don’t abuse the battery by tossing or dropping.
• Don’t expose the battery to water.
• Don’t burn a battery after its life is over. Follow proper disposing-off instructions.
